Patricia S. Duffy is a native of Norristown, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in 1976, and Master of Arts degree, with honors, in 1978 from West Chester State University. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the Temple University School of Law in 1983. That same year, Ms. Duffy was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Philadelphia and Chester County Bar Associations, and the Pennsylvania Self-Insurers’ Association.

Ms. Duffy has extensive experience in the areas of labor law, general civil litigation, personal injury, workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation and family law. Currently, she focuses her practice exclusively on the defense of workers’ compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insureds, third-party administrators, claim service companies, and adjusting companies. Ms. Duffy is the former co-publisher of the Pennsylvania Divorce and Domestic Relations Reporter. She is married for more than three decades to her college sweetheart.
